I found this man laying out a pretty good case (similar to Mike Ruppert,) about how the powers behind the U.S. "chess players" (like Kissenger & Brzezinsky) whose main focus as per this essay is to maintain their superpower hegemony, with a careful eye on potential superpower rivals, such as EUROPE-JAPAN &/or CHINA.
THIS IS THE REASON that they have conveniently set-up three distinct AXIS groups, strategically placed throughout the world; [Mike Ruppert notes a similar thesis in noting the books of Brzezinsky, for instance;] these powers, as enumerated in the essay are represented by US-UK-NATO; PAKISTAN & TURKEY; and interestingly enough, the countries that surround the now-rich oil reserve area (AFGHANISTAN) in the names of Tajikistan~Uzbekistan & Kazakhstan.....
